These are called Lash FX Special FX kits (with intructional cd) to make your own, available in Metallic FX collection, Gem FX colection or Shimmer FX collection. It is very simple to do. The pigments are inert, all natural ingredients. There is enough in each kit to make TONS of metallic or holiday lashes.
