A few questions from a newbie- I heard that one of the side affects for some people that use RevitaLash is a red line on the lash line. Has anyone experienced this? I have a pink line on my lash line after 3 uses. It is not bothering me, but I didn't know if I should discontinue use. Is perming ok for lashes? Is it safe to perm and wait 24 hours than apply extensions. I was told this was ok, but I wondered if doing both was hard on lashes. Does anyone have advice on how to tell the client to properly cleanse their lashes after extensions? I don't feel thoroughly prepared for that part after training.

Hey Karen, I don't know much about Revitalash, but about the others, there's a thread about how to clean and how to perm it before application. I hope this helps. Lashes On! One lash at a time!

Hi KarenElaine, Darkening of the lash line is possible but not common with regular use of RevitaLash. The reason for this is that the same molecule that is responsible for stimulating the hair follicle also stimulates the melanin in the skin and even the lashes. Occasionally someone with blonde lashes may notice that the lashes appear darker. If you wear eyeliner, this side effect will compliment your eyes. If you don't wear liner and it bothers you then you may choose to discontinue use of RevitaLash. I hope this answers your question. --Rocky

Thanks, Rocky. That's the most information I've gotten about what revitalash does. I too have a red line and I think it has somehow lightened my permanent eyeliner too. It doesn't bother me and my lashes are stronger and thicker. ---------- Marcia W. Marcia Walden Studio www.MarciaWaldenSkinCare.com
