a word of caution - blue is a high committment color.
also, it only looks decent when it has a black lash enhancement.
LI has an "Ocean Blue"

thank you. I explained to her that it is PEARMANENT and she said ok-she always wears blue. Also, thank you for the tip about the lash enhancement. That probably would have been my next question:)

I have a couple of friends who had blue or green liner and they love it and it looks good on them, but those colors are definately not for everybody.

I kind of hate to spend a lot of money on a color I'll maybe use only a handful of times...oh well, maybe I'll be surprised and find more people want it.

I have great luck with "Blue Lagoon", and can mix in some "Tempting Teal" too.

I had my own eyes done with "teal" ( lower, upper, wet look ) It wasn't exactly my choice ( instructor's ). I was a little shocked at first, since I ve always worn black and black only, but I love the color on me now, it actually brings out the "orange/hazel" part of my eyes. He also said I could go over it with black if I didnt like it. When I tried to wear black liner over it, it looked all wrong, and I can't even see how I wore black only for all those years ! I would definitely recommend colors to my clients, Just thought I would share. And , yes, I had lash enhancement, and very thin black eyeliner , top, and bottom, I think it would not work otherwise.
